No advance for writers

A digital-only subsidiary of Harlequin Enterprises Ltd intends to publish with no advance payable to the authors.
Instead, authors will receive higher royalty rates, according to the new imprint Carina Press.
On offer will be 30 per cent of the original cover price on direct sales, 15 per cent on third party distribution.
